Photoshop "Painting"

I would like written Photoshop instructions (step 1, step 2 etc) on how to change a photo of the trees that I took into a painting, similar to the second photo I attached. My client would like to see my image in a "watercolor" with the white trees and snow and some orange brown mixed in.

Designer can convert to watercolor which I can pay for along with instructions on how to do it. Thanks!
