Photoshop dark circles under my eyes

Experience Level: Intermediate

I've done most of the editing on my headshot myself, and I like it, but I need the dark circles under my eyes to be significantly lessened. They don't have to be completely gone because then it will probably look over-touched, but much less than they are now. Maybe a fix on the whites of my eyes, too? They look bloodshot
