Photoshop / cutout people in four photos

Hi,
I need to take 4 photos of the same 11 people and make each person disappear so I can make them reappear as in the video I have attached - except I would like it to look very nice, not the really bad way I forced it to show my concept.
I would Ideally like to place a number over the missing people from 1 to 11 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 & 11) when their image is missing.
I have attached the four photos and the video I made trying to show what I want.

Please ask me as many questions as you need. I've seen alot of hourlies that are very close but I figure this project posting would be easier for everyone to be on the same page.
