Photo retouching

I want to advertise this house which is currently being built and need to advertise it before it is finished. I need the original photo slightly enhanced to remove all the rubbish from the outside of the house and replace it with earth, and put in decking in front of the french doors. There are two photos, one is the original and the other has the decking manually added in.
