Photo Retouching!

You helped me before with editing lots of photos, thank you! I was wondering if you could help with a new photo. This is a selfie I just took - I need a photo of me for my website. Basically a headshot. I was wondering if you would be able to edit this so that it looks professional, or as if a professional photographer actually took it. I don’t mind the background although I wonder if it should be blurred a little bit. I’m not sure how much this would cost but thought I would run it by you! Thanks so much, Wendy
