Photo Retouch of Womens Underwear for Website

I have completed a photoshoot for women's underwear. I now need to retouch all of the images and the backgrounds so that they are suitable for our new website.
In total there is 28 images that will need retouching and adding to a new background. 8 of these are just product shots and background to be changed and the other 20 are on the lower half of a girl where the body will need retouching.
I have attached a picture to show the current standard of the pictures.
I need a super quick turnaround for this job.
