The Job requires the recreation or editing of an old 1940's image. The images only exist only on a magazine page.
The original images do not exist and the current images are a copy of a copy.

I am looking for someone who can rebuild the image(s).

    This is tough because working over some small and low resolution image will need a high quality digital restoratioh, pixel per pixel. What's your budget please?
