Photo restoration

Hi, I have an old photo of our grandfather which I want to get restored to a large portrait size resolution. I have only one more sample image of how he looked like some time before the original photo that I want restored was taken. All files are available in the attachments. The restored image should be very good quality and enough resolution to print a large portrait. My grandfather should look dignified, decent and his personality should be seen through the portrait. The people in the background don't matter, you can even change the background to something else that would better suit the picture. The names of the attachments will tell you which photo is the sample, which one needs to be restored and which one shows you who my grandfather is.
