Photo manipulation (probably in photoshop)

Hi I need a small job doing in Photoshop. I have two images, both scanned from 35mm transparencies on Nikon cool scan; 130 MB each. One is a figure on a bed (fully clothed !) and the other a landscape. I want the figure extracted from the first image and blended into the second one as smoothly as possible. Not going for total realism here but want a very professional finish. You may be able to suggest a better landscape background from stock library etc. Job needs doing by end of Monday latest please. Much reduced versions of the files attached. Please give details of your experience / qualifications and send links to verifiable examples of your work. Thanks
