Photo made to look more professional

We need to have a photo 'improved' to make it look more professional for Instagram. I've provided 2 similar images, but we only need one doing, whichever you think it best/easier to work with. I'd like it zoomed in a little with the bottles more towards the left of the image. The window reflection removed, and just generally made to look more professional and not amateur. COlour tone change is ok if you want to. Is this possible?

Please confirm price and time to get it done: we need it by end of Weds preferably. Also assume as this is our image that we can use it as we please after the work is done.
