Photo editing and virtual staging

This project involves editing real estate photographs and virtually staging some rooms.

The selected freelancer will be provided with photographs of various properties including bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens. Minor adjustments need to be made to lighting, colours and ambiance using photography editing software.

For virtual staging, basic 3D modelling skills are required to add furniture and other props to empty rooms realistically. The goal is to enhance property listings and give clients a sense of how fully furnished rooms may look. Applicants should have experience with Photoshop and a 3D design program along with a portfolio demonstrating photo manipulation and virtual staging skills. Responses will be evaluated based on qualifications and prior work examples.
