Basically this is a school photo(smaller.jpg) with two boys flipping the bird. That part needs to be edited out so that the picture can be published in the magazine. Retouch the picture to remove the middle fingers of the first two seated boys on the left, in the two white circles(where.jpg). Editing to be done on Smaller.jpg.
