Photo edit

We have a small thumbnail portrait picture that we want to co-ordinate the background with our other team profiles. So we want the same background wash put on the new photo. Khurram Faroooq photo, we would like the same background as RL photo or AAB photo. With contouring of light if possible. Colour must be exactly the same so photos look as if they were taken at identical time. Khurram photo must be made same colour.
