I have 7 images I want to transform into 2.5 D video.
What's known as a Parallax video made through photoshop and after effects (perhaps) - here is an example....

I will supply images and copy with artistic direction, I just need someone with the practical skills....please provide me with a realistic quote after viewing the video. i am looking to commission this project within a week.
