Newborn Images Photoshop Editing

Hi,

I am looking for someone to help lightroom and photoshop newborn raw photography images. I need about 40 images fixed. I would like to images to be clean, bright, soft and beautifully edited. Please edit the two images attached (these have been downsized and are in jpeg form) and I will work with the candidate who does the best job. The images will be sent in raw form. Please tell me your fee per image. Thanks.
