New Building development composited into real life street scene

A new building render, in a CGI scene, which needs to be composited in the real life street scene. The render is to scale and will need to fit into the real life pic at correct size, perspective and position as provided. Full plans and info provided. Then the composite blended in tone/light to merge as much as possible.
