Need search results display to be edited/managed

Currently a search for my site, SilkMIllsConsulting.com brings up a result that is not what I would like to have displayed. I need the results to be edited or tailored on some way to the message/content I would like to be seen. I would like resulting display to be linked directly to the underlying pages.

If need be we can talk about the best way to do this as well as any other recommendations you may have to bring my site to better visibility in searches and so on.
