Map bitmap converted to vector

Hi all I have a satellite image of a site and I would like to create a vector image from this. The image should show the principle outline of the buildings, fields, woodland, roads and footpaths (simple boxes for woodland would be enough). I don't need a precise image, I'm after a vector stylised site map and not a detailed, accurate planning drawing.

I use Affinity software and would need to be able to edit the final file. Affinity can import in a wide variety of formats including PNG JPEG GIF TIFF PDF PSD SVG WMF EPS EXR HDR TGA WEBP JPEG‑XL. Obviously not all are vector formats and we may need to work on getting a suitable final format.
