Logo cut out eps file

I have a quick job for you. 2x logos needs to have a trace line around the logo so it can be printed and cut out. Logo must be inside the trace line so it's a flatten image and trace without background or white space.

Red Bull Logo Sizes:
5cm wide x height will be scaled
4.6cm wide x height will be scaled

64 Bars Logo Sizes:
60cm height x width will be scaled
40cm height x width will be scaled

Should be easy.
