I have a postcard ( see attached ) that I would like digitally enhanced to the highest resolution, so that I can section out each image ( which I can do myself the sectioning ) so that each individual.image is at least 500 pixels on width is this possible?

So its just the whole postcard digitally I would like it enhanced at the best resolution.
