Image Sourcing & Editing For Our Website

We're looking for an image editing expert who can find 4-6 images for our B2B website and then edit the images to allow the addition of text within the image. We've tried to find suitable images ourselves but they either end up being the wrong shape or there isn't enough space for the text.
The images can be royalty free or be purchased by us. The nature of the images will have a "Business people meeting to to discuss a successful sales deal" type theme. Although the images are most likely to be sourced from a stock images provider we want to avoid the "cheesy" model kind. The panel dimensions on the website for these images is 960 pixels wide x 394 pixels high.
The suggested budget is for finding & editing. If it becomes necessary for you to purchase the images on our behalf we will advance additional monies.
