Image needs modififation

Hi I need my image modified. please see the following:

I need the first two letters capitalized so reads ITwishes instead of itwishes,
I need the letters .com get erased in the middle of image so it reads ITwishes not itwishes.com
I need the social media icons to get erased
I need the letters all get rounded so they look smooth

Please let me know what you charge and how long it would take to deliver.
