Image localisation

I have an image that includes text in English and I want the text changed to another language. The current design has each letter in a separate box. It would be nice to replicate this but it is not essential. The key thing is that the new image shows the translated text. I can provide the translation. Each translation needs to be created in three different colours to match the existing documents. This image will be used in an educational resource which can be seen here: https://www.easst.co.uk/easst-road-safety-education-pack/#download . At this stage, please can you quote a price for producing ONE languages - THREE images. I would like to receive JPEG images at the end of the project.
