I need a designer who can greyscale an image (jpg or eps) and add another layer with a chrome effect.
The image attached has a distinct outline in the shape of lips - I need this to be "chrome effect" and stand out from the background.
I purchased the image from 123rf and can greyscale it myself using photoshop but need someone to do the chrome effect and make it look wow.
