Image expert to search, select, screen, tweak images for website

This is a fun and important project. I'm looking for at web image searcher who is experienced with photoediting software i.e. Photoshop, Gimp, ImageMagick, etc.. to find and/or create assets to support a new website. images must be high quality, preferably stock or free for commercial use. In any case, all final images not specifically labeled as stock or copyright free, must be edited and vetted with tineye and google image search to ensure they are not infringing. Images must be at least 1024 pixels wide, but could work with 800 pixels wide. All must be approximately square. We can discuss details upon order. Provider must be willing to work through a couple of iterations to get selections right. Prefer provider with with experience in engineering or product development within US or UK, although this is not absolutely necessary. This project could lead to a full website development and maintenance. See attached screenshot for counts and image assets needed.
