Image cropped and edited to match composition of another

Our primary images are all shot with a black background to show the steam that comes of the stone and food when you are cooking on it. We have a lifestyle image that we would like to be transformed to the black background, but need the board and shadowing to look the same as previous images. I've attached an image with the bottom image being the lifestyle one and the top the style and scale we need the top image to be finished too. Thanks for taking a look.
