I want an image photo shopped

I have a few images that I need altered. The first one needs the following:
The left hand side of the image needs to be light grey background with the Box with "Push Box" logo on, on top of the grey square. Just scatter the mens products image over the box. The text on the square needs to read: Pull Box (header). For when you need to look your best (below header).
The right hand side is the image of the man on white background. Text underneath the man reads: Better hair, Better body, Better skin, Better you
