I need you to make me an album cover using this photo

I need this photograph edited and retouched to be suitable for an album cover. The final product needs to have the following technical details (Please note that I cannot get the large photo files uploaded to here as the file sizes are too large, though I can send them as raw images or as Jpegs):

- 3000 x 3000 pixels
- JPG format
- 300 dpi

In terms of actual editing, I require the overall picture to be in black and white. However, I would like the tree line (in particular the leaves) at the top to be coloured using various Autumnal colours (red/orange/yellow/brown).
[Please note that I do not want the bushes on the left hand side coloured]. I am open to seeing a variety of options, including simply colouring them using a photo editor or using a other effects which can achieve a desirable result).

There is an element of creativity that can be used provided that the brief is kept to, though I'm open to suggestions for improvement.

In addition to these effects, I require the album title and band title written using the fonts from this earlier mock up. I'm happy to let you choose the colour of the font to use based on how it contrasts with the leaves at the top of the image.
