I need to re-imagine a property with grey window frames

I need the photographs of this property to be edited in Photoshop so that:

1. The Window frames are slate grey (in a colourway to match the image of the large glass doors in the image)
2. The brown crosses within each of the panes of glass to be removed.
2. The brown woodwork around the main front door is also to be re-coloured the same grey
3. The garage doors need to be re-coloured the same grey as well

Higher resolution images can be supplied if required
