I need someone to clone people from one picture to another one.

Hi. I need someone to clone /copy people from group shoot to another photo where you will need to fit them properly. One of the pictures is blurred , its the one where the people need to be transferred . Unfortunately I dont have access to the software at the moment hence decide to look for a help.
Please do not send me offers higher than my budget. I wont accept them. The pictures on the attachment are the one you will work on however they are small size so as soon as I decide with who work I will send to your email address high resolution images. Thanks
