I need smaller images created from a series of stock photo icon sets

I purchased an icon set only to find out that they only sold it as "coversheets" - so I have 5 individual 2236x2236 images, each of which contain 24 icons on a white background (so 120 icons total).

I need someone to go through the files and for each icon:

- Make it an individual 250px by 250px image
- Change the Background to Transparent
- Save as PNG
- Name the file the same name as the icon title on the coversheet

Deliverable should be a zip file containing 120 separate PNG files - one for each icon.

Example coversheet and example changes you'd need to make to each icon are attached.
