I need an awesome portrait

I have 7 images of which I need a portrait made.
Ideally I would like to work with the freelancer to add bodies to the faces however I understand that this will be difficult for some.
Instead, making an awesome portrait just by using the faces should be good but the images need to be cut out and sharpened, I also need some of the colours adjusted so that they look good together and one gentleman in the image needs a hat.
The images have a specific order in which they need to be in.
