I need an artist/image editor to make a quick edit to an image

I need an artist or someone with good image editing skills to remove/replace where I have covered up the main character in the image with a new one. If you open the attached image you can see the Pepe the frog character has been pasted over the original one. I need the shoulders of the original one to disappear and the background blended in with the rest.

If you can do it I will send you the full HQ quality version of the image to work on. Thank you.
