I need a portrait photo improved

I need this portrait image edited please, I need this completed by 3pm UK time on 25th February.

Desired improvements:
Increase the smile by turning up edge of mouth a little
Reduce redness on skin
Improve colours
Remove creasing from the shirt as far as possible.
Improve hair if possible!
Improve eyes a little (perhaps right one more open so they are the same?) open to expertise on this
Any other general improvements you see believe will make it look better!

I will send full high resolution version (1mb+) on acceptance of the project.
