I need one image to be sharpened up, as it was a crap photo.
I don't need things removed (apart from the camera strap) I just need clarity restored without the grain. Pic is under exposed by 3 stops (aproxx).
It is a RAW file (the one I need to send), the main issue is the grain, and the tones when brought up to the correct exposure.
A photoshop job, not something that can be done on lightroom.
I am not in a rush for this job so will be looking at the proposals in detail.
