Description

Experience Level: Entry
I have a screenshot of a PC-FX anime/game promotional disk called Anime Freak FX Volume 3, that I would like brought up to high definition. The character's face alone should be able to take up a YouTube window height of 1080p.

For reference, I am also including the cover image for Makeruna! Makendou Z, the actual game that that disk promotes for the same system.
