Helmet + Tattoo editing

Hello all,

Currently looking for a photo editing expert to make some adjustments to image titled (MAIN) attached below. The edit should have the following:

First is fairly straightforward and it is to add the tattoos on each corresponding arm as is seen from the tattoo samples provided (i.e. left tattoo with left arm, right tattoos with right arm). Tattoo must match skin tones/and uniformity across arm to match size.

Final one is to change the color scheme of the helmet in MAIN image to the one from HELMET (i.e. blue helmet to gold and white helmet).
