Headshot retouch

Hey I need something done real quick, i'll be impressed if you can get this done for me.

I've got to get the headshot done up right for an audition tomorrow for a Netflix series, so my mediocre skills aren't gonna cut it. I'm looking for a decent re-touch, and a background that looks more like a studio setting, not my living room haha. I need it done by about 3 pm (mountain time) on Saturday July 11th. Whatever you can get done within an hour would be best, but if you can make it look better with 2 hours and it's before 3 pm, I'm willing to pay for an extra hour.
