Give our character a pirate hat, and eye patch

We're looking for someone who's experienced in photo editing/manipulation to add two simple objects to our character image attached (man with a red headband):

We'd like:

1) Pirate hat, using the file attached, we'll add to the character's head (so we don't see the character's red headband)
2) We'll change the colour of the skull and circle on the pirate hat to white
3) Pirate eye patch (I'll send a wetransfer link for this file as the .eps file can't be uploaded), we'll add to the character's eye (left eye as you look at the screen)

We'll use the pirate hat and eye patch as seen in the image attached.

This HAS to look as realistic as possible.

We'd like the final files in both .JPG, .PNG, and a .PSD file as well please.
