Give our character a pirate hat, and eye patch

We're looking for someone who's experienced in photo editing/manipulation to add two simple objects to our character image attached (man with a red headband):

We'd like:

1) Pirate hat, like the example attached (so we don't see the red headband)
2) Pirate eye patch (again like the example attached)

We'd ideally like the same pirate hat and patch as seen in the image attached.

This HAS to look as realistic as possible.

We'd like the final files in both .JPG, .PNG, and a .PSD file as well please.
