My request is unfortunately not a cheerful one.
There was an attack on a friend of mine by this man, the surveillance cameras took very low resolution pictures and videos, to the point that you can't really see that he has a knife in his hand. I know that this is not a very fun project but I wanted to ask you if you would try to clarify or sharpen at least one image because the police needs to see without the shadow of any doubt that he was holding a knife.
Once we have agreed on a fixed price, I will pay you that per picture. The delay is as soon as possible.

unfortunately there is no way to enhance the image so it categorically shows a knife. Are you sure this is the only image you have?
