The picture should say "Pohjanmaan Löytönurkka" and "Österbottens Fyndhörna", but the Bing logo editor has misspelled the name. Just fix the spelling with a very similar font.
Pohjanmaan Löytönurkka goes in the middle (as here) and "Österbottens" go in the upper part of the circle and "Fyndhörna" in the lower part. I need this to be done within a few hours.
