Fake email screenshot

What i am looking for is legal and above board, ok let me explain, i work as a trainer and assessor for the Cyber division for my company. Daily we experience scam messages and phishing emails, the latest issue we have is with Covid19 correspondence. What i need is for someone to create a very real looking email informing them that they have tested positive for Covid-19, so it must look like an email that would be received from NHS with the clickable links in blue. I do not want an email that can have clickable links, just to show how real email would look like so that we can prevent any of our staff becoming a victim. So as i say i would like a screenshot of an email stating that a person ( i will nominate a staff member) has a positive test.
