Extract one person out of the background (white) and adjust the hand and a foot

Dear Photoshop experts,
I need to delegate a small job. There one studio photo attached (Main Image) the middle woman with the cello needs to be extracted in Photoshop. It should be done very precisely including hair and all small details etc. There should be no light fringing around the model! The 2 details that are concealed with the lady on the left (hand and a little part of the schue) should be somehow restored so the image is whole. Maybe a hand can be taken from a second attached image (Image2).
