Excel template required

I'm looking for someone to create an excel template for me that will enable me to generate a wheel (pie chart) like the example xls. The attached is protected so I can't customise.

Main differences I would like;

- I'd like the sphere's colouring to be displayed (and represent the values) like the attached JPG (not pointy like the example xls)

- I'd like the sphere names to be displayed horizontally around the curve of it's sphere

- I'd probably take the personalised charts/graphics from excel and include in presentations, so it can be bigger than the example xls.

It's important that;
- I'm able to edit the sphere headings so that I can customise.
- I'm able to edit the values for each sphere (1-10) and then the amount of colour of each sphere to represent the value. (see example wheel) i.e. if value is 5 the sphere would only me shaded 1/2.
