Hi there,
Unfortunately my girlfriends dog was poisoned and stolen recently by the men in the picture.
Would really appreciate someones help enhancing this image so that we can see the reg plate. I've tried tweaking the settings on the photo in photoshop but it doesn't reveal much.
Please don't apply if you're not able to get the reg from this.
