Editing videos

I need someone to help me use the video editor in windows (or another free tool if better) to make short clips from videos a) that I have filmed b) from creative commons c) from youtube - if that's possible/legal. Ideally today Tuesday 16th (I am in UK). I can work over zoom or skype - not sure if teams is fixed yet.

Just to emphasise I am looking for someone to teach me, not just to do the work
