Drawing a charecter

I would like to draw a character standing . ( one password photo like pic and one wall paper)

final fantasy theme charecter .. wearing white coat with dark green stripe. he will have a black flag tied on his arm.
he will be standing straight, wearing spec and his hand behind his back.. looking at the sky or something from mountain hill. He is army instructor also revolutionist who is ready to give his life for country against invasion.

I want.. one for avator (like facebook ) and one normal wallpaper.

I can provide how his face look like and black flag.... and also his organization logo to put on his coat.
