Draw in Ilustrator

Hi!

I need to make in Illustrator the following picture and I need it to be the most accurate as possible. I took the image from internet to make a label and I need it vectorised and with the text as in the example picture.

In the example the text is in the side, but I need it centered. The font is Anton regular.

I'll use it to make labels for an emerging fashion brand.
