Distressed looking book cover

I am looking for somebody to create a design for a book cover in the style of a vintage Penguin book. I have attached a template for the cover and I have also attached a template for the logo to go at the top of the page. The finished item needs to look like the attached book cover (with creasing along where the book opens and and creasing at the corners). The colour of the logo needs to match the cream in the design below.
